The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren
I always have some funny encounter when I’m alone. Decided to go to a coffee shop alone and write. Chose a 2 seater couch and put my ear phones on and escaped in my music. One guy comes over, pulls up a seat and says “Can I sit with you?”… I don’t mind. Sure. Put my ear phones back on. He proceeded to have a conversation with me. Than another guy. Did the same thing. And I said… Sure. Again. Earphones back on. Then 3 more guys did the same thing. And this time squished on to the couch with me. Haha. So now I’m sitting here. Writing. Earphones on. 5 guys sitting with me. All of them foreign. Randomly will say something to me. Earphones. Off. I reply. Smile. Laugh. Earphones back on. And repeat. LOL. This is awesome. Seriously. Funny. Now we are all eating together too and chatting it up. But I got a verse and hook in. I love the funny things of life. I wish more people were bold like these guys.
If you are a believer of #god..start your morning with #prayer & #thanksgiving the moment you wake up. The rest of the day will be #blessed with #positivity and #love. SMILE!
Performed mai version of Angel by Sarah Mclachlan as a surprise on piano, last night at my Grandma’s funeral viewing. That was a tough one. But GOD got me through it. I usually don’t sing and play in front of anyone so it was definitely a blessing to do it for my family and friends. I miss you Grandma. You are forever in my heart and mind. RIP in GODs arms. See you when I see you. 12/7/1921-1/10/2013. 92 years. A legacy of 55+ children.
